Gosh it has been a busy period. Between finishing Fair Game, and working on a new novel it’s been pretty much all go. Much like the fat wood pigeon in my back garden, I feel more buoyant than I actually am.
Tomorrow night I will be attending the Gutterbookshop in Temple Bar where the excellent Bob is hosting the launch of Down These Green Streets. I am so excited about this book and want to commend Declan Burke for the sterling job he did in its creation. Bravo that man.
Next Saturday I will be teaching in the Dublin Writer’s Centre. Again, most excited about this. Oh to be able to pass on some of the many many things I have learned over the last decade. Mistakes, I’ve made a few, by golly.
To those of you who have emailed about John and Sarah; yes he will, no she won’t and I haven’t the faintest clue – but it sounds vaguely smutty.
