Fair Game has gone out to the various houses to be read and pondered over. I took last week off, but, as is my wont, have grown bored silly with this ‘free time’ malarkey already. Free time to do what exactly, I can only mow the lawn so many times.

Last night I grumbled to my husband that in order to get back to work I needed an idea. I fell asleep and as luck would have in had one of * those* action dreams that have a person kicking and mumbling like a loon. Upon waking this morning, well, after coffee, I had my idea.

It’s now 1:52 pm and I have 1000 words of the new book in the bag. Working title: ‘Feral’.

Don’t you just love it when the subconscious works with and not against?
